We are ready to safely welcome you back into our game rooms. We have new guidelines around social distancing, protocols to help keep our Guests and Staff Members healthy and safe, and enhanced disinfecting measures throughout the venue.
Maintaining the trust of our Guests, and continuing to operate safely and responsibly is deeply important to us. To help create the safest environment, we have implemented several new measures designed to protect the health of our Guests. Even with our significant health and safety measures in place, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists when visiting any public place. That is why we are also asking for your help so we can all play safely together. Please be sure to wear your face covering when entering the venue until you reach your game room*, adhere to our social distancing guidelines and, most importantly, stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are otherwise feeling sick. We will reschedule your game at no charge.
Six-foot social distancing markers will be displayed throughout common areas, along with a strict protocol of a maximum of eight people per game room to maximize and maintain appropriate social distancing.
The entire venue is cleaned throughout the day and all common areas are regularly disinfected. Puzzle items, props, door handles and other frequently touched game room surfaces will be disinfected between each group.
Every staff member is required to have a health check prior to starting work, wear a mask at all times and use hand sanitizer regularly. Additionally, all staff members must follow frequent handwashing protocols, per CDC guidelines.
Guests are required to wear facemasks at all times inside Escape Quest venues. *If face coverings are not required in your local community, we still require their use when entering our venues.

What measures are you taking to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your Escape Quest Staff?
All staff members are required to have a health check on arrival. All staff are required to wear masks at all times, follow frequent handwashing protocols, per CDC guidelines, and socially distance during breaks and meetings.
What is Escape Quest's protocol if a staff member tests positive for COVID-19?
We have proactively developed a protocol for protecting the health of our teams and Guests should a staff member be diagnosed with COVID-19.
Am I required to wear a facemask at Escape Quest?
In all of our venues, Guests are required to wear a facemask in all common areas due to Local or State orders. While not required, we strongly encourage our Guests to wear one while in the game room.
